Created in tandem with developing ensemble work, SEARCH PARTY, is a competitive solo performance ritual created in honor of Serena Williams, Brandi Chastain, Shain Welsh + Wendy Ingram, Florence Griffth Joyner, Kerri Strug, Karnam Malleswari, Billie Jean King, Claressa Shields, Peggy Oki, The Black Ferns + Ice Box.

Sound design: Justin Ignatius Mitchell , and performed by countless Chicago heroes.
Both works were created through free, public workshops held on the dance floors of the Empty Bottle + Beauty Bar Chicago and with a community ensemble of 30+ professional, practicing, retired, and novice performers who took over the dance floor, bandstand and balcony of a vintage ballroom. This work has since been restaged several times in different environments.
